I am a qualified counsellor & family therapist, with 5 years of training and experience, helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma & loss, addiction recovery, couple & family issues.

As a former professional ballet dancer, I also support ballet dancers & students in coping with injury, managing stress and finding freedom from low self-esteem, eating disorders and body image concerns.

Personally, I have had to cope with the burden of grief after losing my first child. I have ridden the waves of grief and I know the depth of depression.
