I combine my PhD in Psychology with 15 years of practical experience in counselling across clinical, corporate and community settings. I employ holistic tools with proven results such as meridian tapping (acupressure for emotions) and visual & audio bi-lateral stimulation (activates left and right brain thinking to release "trapped emotional memories) that utilize the self-healing capacities of your mind-body system to unblock dis-ease.

I am a full member with the APS, and an affiliate member of the ASCP (Association of Soul Centred Psychotherapists).
