I am a qualified and experienced counselling psychologist.

I work with individuals coaching and supporting them to develop their ability to successfully navigate life and to improve their capacity to live well.

My aim is to help you to develop and improve your life and relationships. I will encourage you to live proactively and to gain increased knowledge, self awareness, wisdom and relationship skills. The focus is on improving your capacity to respond positively to life and to make changes to move forward.

I also facilitate Positive Psychology group wellbeing programs designed to improve peoples capacity to live well.
