Brad Stolz-Grobusch

Clinical & Counselling Psychologist

Brad, as he prefers to be called, is a Senior Clinical & Counselling Psychologist and DBT specialist. He currently coordinates a DBT program at a private hospital, and has had decades of experience working with complex and suicidal clients. He is a board-approved supervisor of intern and registrar clinical and counselling psychologists, and has done intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with Marsha Linehan in the USA and Germany. His passion is helping individuals recover from mental health problems and build a life worth living.

Having studied divinity, Brad has also worked within a Christian counselling and contemplative spiritual context, providing limited spiritual direction. He has coordinated a multidisciplinary Pain Management program, and has provided counselling services for a residential substance abuse rehabilitation program. Brad also has had a twenty-year background in nursing, including nursing in acute inpatient and community mental health settings, drug and alcohol settings, hospital medical & surgical settings, and aged and palliative care.
