When people face stressors and pressures in their life it is not uncommon for feelings of helplessness and lack of energy to start to take over. My passion is to bring healing to individuals who have lost the energy to enjoy life. I help my adult clients investigate and find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships. I bring to our sessions a number of different counselling modalities including Cognitive
Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Person Centred Therapy.

My professional background includes working with people who are struggling with addiction in particular alcohol, drugs and gambling.
