After overcoming her own battle with Post Natal Depression and Anxiety, and dealing with early life trauma Lizzie opened Whole Heart Wellness. The love of helping other's heal and thrive in their day to day lives is central to her client practice.

Lizzie has a keen interest in treating postnatal disorders, trauma recovery, mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, chronic pain and stress.

Lizzie brings a diverse, empathetic and knowledgable approach which includes, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person Centered Counselling and at times Hypnosis. Lizzie holds the relevant qualifications and memberships and is continually updating her knowledge with the latest research and training available.
