I am a Generalist Psychologist, with experience and training across the lifespan. With many years' experience in schools, my areas of expertise include: childhood trauma, academic performance, identity, anxiety & depression.

As a counsellor, I utilise different interventions such as: solution-focused, acceptance & commitment cognitive-behavioural therapies, as well as motivational interviewing.

I believe we can be our own problem-solvers, but occasionally we need to rely upon the kindness of (expert) strangers.
