Kaz is a fully qualified counsellor with 30 years experience supporting clients develop self-awareness and a sense of living authentically. She works with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions, and trauma.

Kaz also provides couples counselling, with a strong focus on assisting partners to feel more safely connected emotionally.

Kaz also teaches at the Australian College of Applied Psychology and is a sessional trainer in Motivational Interviewing, understanding mental health, vicarious trauma and self-care strategies and emotional intelligence.
