As a registered psychologist I use a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Solutions Focussed Therapy and mindfulness, to promote healing and help my clients achieve their goals.
I bring a wealth of experience from working in both general practice and organizations to my approach. My private practice accesses comfortable private rooms in Moorabbin. I use a warm and collaborative approach to address a wide range of presenting problems, often stemming from stress, recent or early life trauma, or major life changes, to reduce anxiety, depression and distress.
