I am a Clinical Psychologist and have 13 years experience working in clinical psychology. I started my training and career in Adelaide, worked in clinical psychology in the UK for 4 years, and moved to Melbourne in 2003 where I have been working in a private setting, public mental health setting and at Universities.

I have had a broad range of experience with a diverse range of client groups. I have worked with clients across the lifespan over my career, but specialise now in treating adults and adolescents. I have worked in psychiatric settings, community public health settings and privately.

I am still passionate about my career and take a very collaborative approach to therapy. I have specialised over the years in cognitive behaviour therapy, which is an evidence based approach to treating anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, bipolar disorder and psychosis. In more recent years, I have sought extra training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness and incorporate these therapies into my work. I am always happy to talk further to an interested client about the way I work and make an initial meeting to ensure that the therapy fit is right.
