She believes that healing and growth takes place through supportive connections, with others and with nature, she works with body, emotion and thought to bring about change and healing.
She uses mindfulness to facilitate a deeper connection with self and also to increase awareness.
Rachael works with Significant Medical Conditions, Life Transitions (eg Parenting, Loss, Health), Anxiety, Overwhelm, Trauma (eg Car accidents) and Family Relationships.
